The information contained in this section shall be updated to include the agreements signed by Aena SME, S.A. from the entry into force of Title I of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.

Second addendum to the agreement between the General Directorate of Public Health of the Ministry of Health and AENA, S.M.E., S.A.

Purpose: The transfer of use of the source code of the SPTH computer system by Aena to the Ministry of Health to carry out the evolutionary developments necessary to achieve a unified computer system for health control and surveillance of international human trafficking, regardless of the means of transport, as well as well as for the purposes that are required for the adequate management of the crisis from the epidemiological point of view.

Collaboration agreement between Acciona Facility Services, S.A. and AENA S.M.E., S.A

Purpose: Carrying out a pilot test with an autonomous wheelchair for passengers with reduced mobility at the Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD).

Term: 01/01/2021 – 01/07/2021

Cost for Aena: Does not generate financial obligations

Agreement between the Canary Islands Health Service of the Government of the Canary Islands and AENA S.M.E., S.A, to carry out health checks at the Airports of the Canary Group due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

Purpose: Free transfer of certain spaces in the Airports of Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca to the Public Business Management Health and Welfare Entity of the Balearic Islands, with the sole purpose that, within the scope of its powers, that Entity carry out the controls free health services to people from the rest of the Autonomous Communities and the Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, in order to face the health emergency situation caused by COVID-19

Term: 05/19/2021 - The duration of this Agreement is linked to the validity of the regulations that cover the performance of sanitary controls and, in any case, may not exceed one year, counting from the day of its signature, the first thing that happens in time

Cost for Aena: Does not generate financial obligations

Agreement between the Canary Islands Health Service of the Government of the Canary Islands and AENA S.M.E., S.A, to carry out health checks at the Airports of the Canary Group due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

Purpose: Free transfer of the necessary spaces in the Airports of the Canary Group to the SCS, with the sole purpose that, within the scope of its powers, that Autonomous Body carry out free health checks on people from the rest of the national territory to contain the spread infections caused by SARSCOV-2

Term: 05/19/2021 - The duration of this Agreement is linked to the validity of the regulations that cover the performance of sanitary controls and, in any case, may not exceed one year, counting from the day of its signature, the first thing that happens in time.

Cost for Aena: Does not generate financial obligations

Agreement between the Conselleria de Sanidade de la Xunta de Galicia and AENA S.M.E., S.A, to carry out voluntary health checks at Galician Airports due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

Purpose: Free transfer of the minimum and essential spaces in the Galician Airports to the Consellería, with the sole purpose that within the scope of its competences said Consellería carry out free health tests to people from the rest of the autonomous communities and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, who voluntarily request to carry out said disease detection tests, and the Department must provide the material, personal and technical means necessary for this.
